Ben Drake, President

A seasoned technology professional with more than 14 years experience, Ben Drake spearheaded the creation of Impact Technology Group, LLC and today oversees general business operations and project management, and leads the sales and marketing activities of the company. Ben possesses a broad background in a multitude of industries, including healthcare, retail and financial services. This background enables Ben the ability to design and manage technology solutions that are built around the needs specific to each business that Impact serves. In his free time, Ben pursues his interests of golf, fishing, hunting and food and wine. Ben is married with two children.

Scott Allen, Sr. Information Technology Consultant

Scott Allen serves as information technology consultant and has been with Impact Technology Group since its inception. With 10 years of experience in information technology, Scott is able to develop customized solutions for clients and deliver high-quality service and support. Scott has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from Auburn University. He received VMWare’s VCP accreditation in 2009 and has completed training in Cisco Routing and Switching. Scott strives to provide efficient work that is complemented with accuracy and effectiveness in network assessment, infrastructure planning and security analysis. Despite having such a diverse set of networks to support, Scott continues to excel at consulting for the firm.

Joseph Coker, Information Technology Consultant

Joseph Coker has been working in the technology field for the last 10 years. During his 3 years with Impact Technology Group, he has delivered excellent service and timely technical knowledge to our small- and medium -sized business clients. Joseph has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from University of Southern Mississippi. He received his CompTIA Network + Certification in 2010 which covers the managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and configuring of network infrastructures. As a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Joseph’s experience encompasses Microsoft core products including all Windows Operating Systems, Office Suites, Microsoft SQL and Hyper-V. Joseph enjoys tennis and being outdoors when not in a server room.
